- Prepare Transfer (or authority and instruction for electronic transaction) and sale notices
- Receive and prepare mortgage instructions
- Receive and review settlement statement
- Discuss loan agreement and mortgage terms with you and have you sign mortgage documents and/or A&I form.
- Receive insurance certificate and forward to bank with our solicitors certificate.
- Obtain pre settlement guaranteed search and advice you if necessary
- Receive advice from you that pre settlement inspection in order and receive instructions to settle purchase.
- Receive all funds and complete purchase
- We advise you where to collect keys.
- Receive transfer and discharge mortgage from Vendors solicitors and attend to registration.
- Report to mortgagee
