  • Discuss loan agreement and mortgage terms with you and have you sign mortgage documents and/or A&I form.
  • Receive insurance certificate and forward to bank with our solicitors certificate.
  • Obtain pre settlement guaranteed search and advice you if necessary
  • Receive advice from you that pre settlement inspection in order and receive instructions to settle purchase.
  • Receive all funds and complete purchase
  • We advise you where to collect keys.
  • Receive transfer and discharge mortgage from Vendors solicitors and attend to registration.
